A brilliant thriller to kick off the summer. Beautifully crafted through a dual narrative as we unravel both the murder at sea and the history of DI Rachel Harlow. A thoughtful choice of structure as we see the weeks and months leading up to the cruise, coming to understand and learn the deeper troubles DI Harlow faces.
As lies and mystery shroud the page and the mystery being uncovered, DI Harlow fights to reveal the truth. She takes every step to protect her family, who we come to know and love, as danger haunts her every move.
A wonderful story of family and friendship and the uncovering of truth. Will she find out who is at the bottom of the murder? Or will it be buried at the very bottom of the sea?
