Review of Murder Bimbo by Rebecca Novak

When a 32-year-old sex worker kills an extremist politician, Meat Neck, her life is turned completely upside down and she believes that the only person who can save her from this injustice is host of the feminist podcast, Justice for Bimbo. Written in the format of emails from “Murder Bimbo” to “Justice Bimbo” where she tells her story from the very beginning, this is a really interesting and moreish way to get the before, during and after events across to the reader.

With mentions of strong women fighting in a man’s world, with injustices of crimes and becoming the scapegoats for their malecounterparts, the themes injected into this book are relevant and politically charged with the present day times at the forethought of our minds. A really great read, and super thought provoking!
