Review of The Dance Deception by Becky Ward

I have to say this was quite the salacious number! If you're looking for something to get you excited (and a little hot under the collar) in advance of the new Strictly season, then look no further!

The Dance Deception is a rip-roaring romp, following Kate Wareing as she quits her job to take part in 'Fire on the Dance Floor', a televised competition pairing professional dancers with total novices. Kate is besotted with her hunk of a dance partner, Merle, but before too long things start to get a little complicated...

This is a fast-paced easy read with some pretty steamy scenes! It's not my usual type of book and there were some places where I found the situation and the characters' behaviour a little bit unbelievable but in many ways I sense that with this book Ward wants you to relax, suspend reality and just enjoy the ride.

And you know what? I did.
